Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools CEO, Caroline Pendleton-Nash, travelled to India to spend time with members of the Global Team leading the development of our new schools across Asia and the Middle East.
The visit brought together key leaders from across the organisation, including colleagues from school leadership, operations, finance, assets, and strategic development. Over several days of collaborative workshops and planning sessions, the team aligned on the next phase of growth for Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools.
The meetings focused on ensuring a unified vision across all departments as we prepare to open world-class schools that reflect the values and excellence of our founding institution, Queen Elizabeth’s School, Barnet. Discussions centred on school readiness, operational systems, academic leadership, capital delivery, and brand positioning. There was also dedicated time for reviewing curriculum, finance, facilities development, and long-term expansion plans.
“This was an important moment to bring the global team together in one place and step back to reflect on our shared mission,” Caroline said. “It was energising to see the dedication, talent, and expertise across our team. We are united by a commitment to deliver something exceptional—schools that are academically ambitious, operationally robust, and globally respected.”
Adding a joyful cultural dimension to the visit, the team was also delighted to share in the auspicious Holi celebrations, embracing the spirit of unity, renewal, and vibrant community that the festival represents.
With exciting projects underway in the Middle East and Asia, this visit reinforced the strength of our foundation and the clarity of our future direction.
