Caroline Pendleton-Nash

Chief Executive Officer

Caroline Pendleton-Nash is the founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, leading the group’s strategic vision and international growth. With over two decades of leadership experience in education across the UK, Asia and the Middle East, she is known for driving academic excellence, building high-performing teams, and launching complex school development projects.

Caroline’s work is grounded in the belief that outstanding education can transform lives. She has advised governments, led school improvement across diverse contexts and worked with global investors to create innovative, future-focused learning environments. Her leadership is shaped by a commitment to values-driven education, personalised learning and preparing students to thrive in a competitive, global society.

Lavnish Arora

Chief Financial Officer

Lavnish Arora is the Chief Financial Officer of Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, who oversees the group’s international operations, financial strategy, planning and governance. With a strong background in financial management and corporate finance, Lavnish brings extensive experience in the education sector and has held senior finance positions across leading international organisations.

He is responsible for driving sustainable growth, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting investment in high-quality education. Lavnish works closely with the CEO and global leadership team to align financial planning with the group’s mission to deliver exceptional British-style education worldwide.

Dr Caroline Pascoe

Founding Executive Head

Dr Caroline Pascoe, a British national with over 20 years’ leadership experience, joins Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools as a founding principal. She most recently led The International School Bangalore (TISB) for seven years, bringing a strong track record of academic excellence and inclusive leadership.

She holds a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Exeter and was named 'Dynamic Principal of the Year 2024' by Education Today. A former Olympic rower for Great Britain, Dr Pascoe is known for her growth mindset, collaborative style, and commitment to education standards.

Matthew Taylor Bott

Founding Executive Head

Matthew Taylor Bott brings over 20 years of international experience to his role, having led schools in the UK, China, and, most recently, as head of King’s College, The British School of Madrid. He is committed to nurturing confident, able and responsible learners prepared for a dynamic global future. Matthew is a Fellow of both the Royal Asiatic Society and the Royal Society of Arts, and is known for his calm leadership, cultural insight and dedication to educational excellence.

Colonel Ashish Edwin Moses

Senior Director, India

Colonel Ashish Edwin Moses (Retired), a highly decorated Army veteran and an accomplished corporate strategist, leads GEDU Global’s K-12 school establishment initiatives across India. With over two decades of distinguished leadership spanning military command and corporate excellence, he brings unparalleled expertise in strategic planning, operational execution and cross-sector collaboration. In addition to driving large-scale educational transformations, Colonel Moses has been instrumental in setting new standards for quality and innovation in education. His visionary leadership continues to influence the landscape of premium K-12 education in India with a steadfast commitment to excellence and impact.

Daksh Singhal

Global Director of Operations

Daksh Singhal serves as the global director of operations at Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, bringing with him a strong track record of operational leadership in international K–12 education. With an MBA and a background in human resources, Daksh has held senior positions within some of the largest international school groups, where he led talent acquisition and people operations.

His approach combines operational excellence with a deep understanding of international school environments. At Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, Daksh oversees school operations across regions, ensuring alignment with our educational vision, regulatory standards and world-class service delivery.

Sidharth Sharma

Sr. Manager – Global Projects (Planning & Development)

Sidharth is a Built Environment professional and Chartered Engineer with over 10 years of international experience in infrastructure planning, project delivery, and operational strategy. He holds an RICS-accredited MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science.Sidharth leads the planning and delivery of campuses, schools, and commercial facilities across India, the Middle East, and other emerging markets—ensuring cost-effective, timely execution through structured frameworks and integrated strategies.Certified in Lean Six Sigma, Sidharth combines engineering expertise, data insight, and a focus on sustainability to deliver high-performance, future-ready infrastructure.

Sharad Kumar Saxena

Global MIS Manager

Sharad Kumar Saxena is a PMP-certified Global MIS Manager for Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools, overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions across the organization. He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and an MCA, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in the IT industry. With deep expertise in IT infrastructure, systems integration and data visualisation, he plays a key role in managing strategic projects that support operational efficiency and digital transformation.

Specifically, Sharad oversees the deployment and optimisation of platforms such as Power BI, ensuring data-driven decision-making across academic, administrative and financial functions. He brings a strong technical background combined with project management capabilities, supporting the group’s ambition to be the leader in smart, scalable education technology.

Ceri Barton

Executive Assistant & Project Manager

Ceri Barton is an experienced Executive Assistant and Project Manager, supporting senior leadership across Queen Elizabeth’s Global Schools. With a strong background in executive search, operations, and private sector support, she has over seven years’ experience working closely with C-suite executives, board members, and global stakeholders.

Ceri brings proven expertise in project coordination, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team support. She plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the delivery of strategic priorities across our K–12 education projects. Her attention to detail, discretion, and proactive approach ensure that both daily operations and long-term initiatives are executed to the highest standard.
